THE CHALLENGE
The AirOps team needed a single space that could serve as both a solo-operator webinar studio and a multi-camera video podcast set — fully brandable, easy to train on, and built into their existing 12'x15' conference room in the NYC office.
The setup needed to be plug-and-play enough that team members with zero video experience could operate it confidently.
THE BUILD
We designed (2) integrated sets within one room:
A 1-Camera Webinar / YouTuber Set with a 16" teleprompter for straight-to-camera presentations
A 3-Camera Video Podcast Set for sit-down conversations
Both sets share a custom AirOps-branded environment featuring "fake window" TVs (swappable backgrounds to customize to the content or environment), brand-aligned furniture, and a unified tech desk running every workflow.
