Our team traveled to NYC to transform a 130 sq. ft. conference room into a plug-and-play content studio that empowers global SaaS brand, Optimizely, to produce high-quality content with the same ease as hitting the “record” button on a smartphone. 📱
Their goal was to create a setup that was as user-friendly as possible, allowing team members without video experience to operate it with confidence.
In just 2 days, we built out a custom branded content studio with two sets: a sit-down podcast studio and a standing teleprompter set equipped with (4) cameras, (3) microphones, custom lighting, and a comprehensive tech booth designed with simplicity & automation in mind.
Complete with comprehensive guides and a fail-safe design, the content studio allows anyone to record content any time they want, all while instantly uploading media to the cloud for easy editing.
Now Optimizely's internal team can record high-quality video podcast episodes, webinars, C-Suite messages, and more–all with just a single press of a button. ⏺️
We’re here to make the video production process simple (and fun).
From concept development to the final export,
we’ll be with you every step of the way, making sure
every detail of your project goes without a hitch.

This was a fun read because it shows how much thought went into making content creation feel effortless for a busy SaaS team. The idea of turning a tiny conference room into something so polished reminded me of simplifying other complex tasks, even moments when people look to hire someone to take my online Algebra class just to reduce stress. The plug and play approach, especially for non video folks, really highlights how smart design can remove friction and unlock creativity quickly.
